No Refunds After Work Commences

 

Once work begins on your remodeling project, including demolition, installation, or any labor, refunds are not available.

 

This policy covers all labor and materials costs incurred.

 

-Project Planning & Deposits

• A signed agreement and deposit are required before scheduling any work.

• Deposits become non-refundable once work starts.

• Cancellations before work begins may be eligible for refunds based on materials ordered and administrative costs.Change Orders & Adjustments

• Remodeling plans may change; change orders must be submitted in writing.

• Change orders are priced separately and do not affect refund eligibility once work has started.
